A 4-Day Tantric Intensive

Liberation

March 26-29, 2026 · Quinta do Rio, Arrábida, Portugal

Liberation happens when you stop avoiding what you carry—and finally let your body tell the truth.

This work changes how you relate, how you set boundaries, how you meet intimacy, and how much life you can actually feel.

Begin Your Journey

This retreat is for people who are done with surface fixes and ready to work with what actually binds them.

Over four days, we use tantric ritual, energetic bodywork, and shadow integration to address the patterns you've inherited—from family, from culture, from unprocessed experience. We work directly with the body: with fear, shame, arousal, numbness, and the places where your life force has been locked away.

This is not theory. It's embodied process work in a held container, guided by practitioners with over 20 years of experience.

What We Work With

Ancestral Patterns

The inherited beliefs and traumas that shape your relationships, your sexuality, your sense of what's possible

Embodied Shadow

The disowned parts of yourself that run your life from beneath consciousness

Sexual Conditioning

The rules you absorbed about pleasure, touch, power, and shame

Somatic Memory

What your body knows that your mind has tried to forget

Each of these is explored through structured group process, guided somatic inquiry, and facilitated ritual—not through sharing alone.

The Space

Quinta do Rio, Arrábida — 40 minutes from Lisbon, nestled in nature

You've done the reading. You've tried the practices. You understand, intellectually, why you are the way you are.

But the pattern still runs. The fear still grips. The longing still aches beneath everything you do.

This retreat is not about understanding more. It's about finally feeling what you've been carrying—and letting it move.

Liberation is what happens when you stop performing your healing and start actually doing it. When you bring your whole self—the shut-down parts, the hungry parts, the ashamed parts—into a container strong enough to hold them.

You will not be pushed faster than your system can integrate.

The Process

Over four days, we work with the body's memory. The places where touch became unsafe. Where desire learned to hide. Where grief, rage, and longing got stored because there was nowhere else for them to go.

We use ritual, breath, movement, and conscious touch—not as techniques, but as doorways. This work is old. It doesn't rely on belief. It relies on what happens when you meet yourself with honesty, in the presence of others doing the same.

The retreat moves through grounding, confrontation, and integration. We do not leave people open. We close what we open.

This is not a weekend of bliss. It's a process. There will be moments of openness, of aliveness, of deep connection. And there will be moments of resistance, discomfort, and confrontation with what you've been avoiding.

We hold both.

Questions & Trust

Who is this retreat for?

People ready to work with deep patterns—not just talk about them. You don't need tantric experience, but you do need willingness to be uncomfortable and a commitment to your own process. This retreat is for those who sense that intellectual understanding alone won't free them.

Who is this NOT for?

People in acute mental health crisis, active addiction, or those seeking a peak experience or sexual encounter. This is therapeutic process work, not a tantra party. We screen all participants before acceptance.

What does "tantric" mean in this context?

We use tantric practices as embodied tools—breathwork, ritual, conscious touch, energy work—to access and integrate what's held in the body. This is not neo-tantra focused on pleasure or sexuality alone. It's depth work that includes the erotic, the shadow, and the sacred.

What about touch? Is there partnered work?

All touch is consent-based. Couples can do all exercises together—there's no requirement to work with other participants. For those open to it, some exercises involve guided, clothed, non-sexual touch with others in the group. Boundaries are established clearly and honored throughout.

I'm coming alone / as part of a couple. Will I feel safe?

Yes. The container is built for both. Solo participants are fully included and supported. Couples have space to deepen their own work without pressure to engage with the group in ways that don't serve them.

What safety structures are in place?

  • Pre-screening questionnaire for all participants
  • Consent protocols established from day one
  • Integration support and post-retreat follow-up
  • 20+ years of facilitation experience

What if something comes up that I can't handle?

The team is trained to work with intensity. You'll have access to one-on-one support, and a psychologist is available for anyone who needs additional care. You're never forced into anything—your pace is honored.

Can I leave early if I need to?

The process is designed as a full arc. Early departure disrupts both your process and the group field. We ask for full commitment before you register.

How do I know if I'm ready?

If you're asking this question, you probably are. Readiness isn't about being "healed enough"—it's about being willing to meet what's there.

What support is there after the retreat?

Integration matters as much as the experience itself. Every participant receives:

  • 30-minute pre-retreat preparation call
  • One free 1:1 integration session post-retreat
  • Group integration call
  • Written guidance for continued practice
